Our hotel has been located on the Cours Sextius since 1970. The Hotel du Globe has spread its wings and become Escaletto. Ideally located a stone’s throw from the historic centre and the thermal baths, the hotel welcomes you in a brand new colourful, warm and trendy atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The Hotel du Globe Aix en Provence has been offering 44 comfortable rooms and quality services since 1970. The hotel has already undergone renovations but this time it is being transformed into a brand new concept. The Hotel du Globe Aix en Provence becomes the Escaletto Hotel, a name that corresponds to a “small ladder” or a “staircase going up to the watchtower” in Provencal. Here, the Escaletto takes us to its terrace, perched on the 4th floor of the hotel, over the roofs of Aix en Provence. The new logo, a bird perched on the first “T” of Escaletto also evokes this idea of height.<\/p>\n

The friendly spirit of the former H\u00f4tel du Globe Aix en Provence lives on at Escaletto, particularly with the tapas bar.<\/p>\n

The interiors are completely revisited to offer a more trendy, soft and friendly atmosphere.
